Can I use phone or SMS?

Our ESIM is only for data communication. You cannot use regular calls or SMS using phone numbers. However, you can use telephone using Voip apps such as WhatsApp and Messenger.

What kind of terminal can you use?

Both iOS/iPados terminals and Android devices can be used on SIM -free terminals for ESIM. A terminal with SIM lock cannot be used.

What kind of payment method does it support?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, SHOP Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BANCONTACT, IDEAL credit or debit card.

Do you have any costs other than the data plan price?

There is nothing at all. In addition, since all the data plans are prepaid type, there is no maintenance fee or fixed cost.

Is there an expiration date for ESIM itself?

Please start using within one month after purchasing the product.

Is it possible to install ESIM profiles on two or more terminals using the same ESIM?

ESIM cannot be installed on multiple devices. Therefore, if you want to use ESIM with two or more units, purchase a new ESIM and install another ESIM.

Is it possible to transfer the installed ESIM to another terminal (or a new terminal)?

We do not support the ESIM you are using to another terminal. In addition, the activation code of ESIM cannot be reused due to security and can only be used once.

Is it possible to add it if the high -speed data capacity is used up?

Data cannot be added even if high -speed data capacity is used up.
In addition, it is possible to use low -speed communication within the available period even after high -speed data capacity.

When is the timing starting?

Since our ESIM plan is installed on the terminal, the APN is set up and communication is started, so it will be counted from the day.

Is it possible to check the balance balance?

Our ESIM does not have services such as confirmation of residual capacity, so please check the usage capacity using your terminal tools or apps.
In addition, we cannot provide information on tool functions and apps.

Is it okay to download or activate ESIM immediately after purchase?

For ESIM download installation and activation, please complete the procedure after the arrival of ESIM communication countries.
If ESIM communication is not supported, activation cannot be completed and it is necessary to set up again in the corresponding country.
