Set up your email to receive our messages

Once your order is confirmed, an email with your eSIM details is sent automatically to your registered email address. Please set up your email so that you can receive messages from the address below.

Important notes

Can be installed on one device only

This product cannot be used on multiple devices. Only the device it was installed on can use it.

Downloading your eSIM

A Wi-Fi connection is required to download and set up your eSIM. Please complete the setup and start using it while connected to Wi-Fi.

If you delete your eSIM by mistake

If you delete this product from your device by mistake, you can reinstall it on the same device only.

Please note that reinstallation is limited to 10 times.

Quantity per order

Because we send the activation code by email, only one eSIM can be purchased per order.

If you plan to purchase 10 or more at once, please get in touch via our contact form.

System maintenance

During our periodic system maintenance, we may be unable to send eSIM details. Please be aware of this. Maintenance will be announced on our site as it is scheduled.

Supported devices

This product is intended for use on smartphones, and we do not recommend using it with a mobile Wi-Fi router (pocket Wi-Fi).

Depending on the mobile Wi-Fi router (pocket Wi-Fi), the connection may not work properly. We are also unable to provide support for malfunctions that occur on devices we do not recommend (mobile Wi-Fi routers, pocket Wi-Fi).

Setup instructions

For iPhone

After arriving in a supported country, you can start using it with no setup required.
If configuration profiles from other SIMs remain on your device, our eSIM may not work properly.
Before installing our eSIM, please delete any other SIM configuration profiles, then start using it.

For Android devices

The APN setup procedure differs depending on your Android OS version, so please check the APN setup method for your device in advance.
On some devices, the settings cannot be configured automatically. In that case, after arriving in a country with coverage, confirm that the signal bars are showing and then enter the APN settings listed in the product details.
